Booking Conditions

Your reservation is guaranteed at the reception of a confirmation from the camping.

100 % of the total amount due will be withdrawn from your credit card.

Client's preferences will be taken into account if possible. The direction keeps the right of changing the pitch number for a similar emplacement whenever needed.

The stay can be extended only in function of available places.

Arrivals from 1:30 pm - On the departure day the client has to leave the pitch before 11:00 am. The check-out for the rental tents is until 10:00 am.

Cancellation policy

• Only cancellations sent to us in written form are accepted.
• If the cancellation is done before the 21st day of the arrival date : 30% of the total amount will be deduced.
• Between the 21st day and the arrival date : 100 % of the total amount will be deduced.

Length of stay shortened

If the length of your stay needs to be shortened to a period inferior to the reservation then the total amount of the reservation is due.

We highgly recommend to subscribe to a cancellation insurance.
